Empowering Ministry Leadership through Justice, Mercy, and Humble Discipleship

First Things for Flourishing is a deeply scripturally rooted, culturally expansive, and contextually relevant small group curriculum that explores 12 essential foundations of what it means to “do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly” (Micah 6:8). The curriculum uses an online format that includes three key learning components: Reflect, Relate, and Practice, which are combined with interactive in-person discussions.

 

This group experience is designed to help people think more broadly about the dynamics of community through these 12 subjects: Communion, Home, Fire, Vision, Burden, Voice, Context, Discernment, Opportunity, Threat, Risk, and Courage.

Cultural Agility Training

Our Cultural Agility Workshops are tailored to equip church leaders, community organizers, and individuals with the skills to understand and bridge cultural differences.

 

These sessions delve into the complexities of cultural dynamics and provide practical tools for navigating and celebrating the diversity within their communities.
