About the event
Our country has been acutely abuzz for the last 5 years, struggling to contend with the outcomes and proliferations of hundreds of years of racial discord. Again, we are in an era of intense division over how to move toward genuine racial healing and oneness.
Politicians and trainers who attempt to lead the way often deepen division. Some advocate for the outright dismissal of reconciliation efforts, while others employ unyielding one-way approaches that amplify fear and stifle curiosity. The results show that very few people, communities, and congregations engage in listening and learning together in ways that promote mutual understanding and flourishing.
