Come To The Table: An MLK Celebration
Jesus invites us to “come to the table” to experience abundant life with the beloved community. But if we are honest, our tables are rife with division and incongruence with the Kingdom of God and the heart of the Gospel.

About The Event
Jesus invites us to “come to the table” to experience abundant life with the beloved community. But if we are honest, our tables are rife with division and incongruence with the Kingdom of God and the heart of the Gospel. Conversations about race are politicized and polarizing.
Heartbreakingly, the Bride of Jesus is being swayed by voices that sensationalize partial truths to stir up anger and fear, promote division, and gain profit.
Had enough? There is another way.
Together we can build the kind of tables Jesus envisioned. Tables where peace thrives, justice flows, love resides, trust grows, and harmony flourishes. Creating tables of honest, holistic, and honoring community won’t be easy, but it is possible, and we’ll get to taste and see the beauty of the coming Kingdom here and now.
Join us for an evening of heart-stirring spirituals and worship featuring Gospel artist Tommy Wesley. We’ll hear prophetic insight from Pastors Laurel Bunker and David Myles and find improved ways to come to the table, cultivate healthy, diverse communities, and mutually strengthen each other to stay for the long haul.
