Josh ganados

Josh has over a decade of intercultural ministry experience. Growing up in Phoenix, AZ, he's navigated the bicultural waters in his own identity, family, and community. He has been in the Twin Cities for 12 years, during which he graduated from Crown College (MN) with a degree in Biblical & Theological Studies.

His ministry work has been at the intersections of youth mental health, intercultural ministry, community mobilization, and disrupting disparities among young people. He recently served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for a national youth ministry. Josh focuses his time and talents on strategy and innovation with this movement in the Twin Cities and beyond.

He aims to accelerate ministries and believers in their discipleship journey in racial harmony, intercultural agility, and contextual discernment for the advancement of the Gospel in today's world and tomorrow's generation. Josh, his wife (Kaycie), and their son (Reyes) live in the Twin Cities metro.

"A keen strategist and thinker, Josh has served in youth ministry and as a Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. His forward-thinking thought processes are already helping to shape our future and enhance our effectiveness." - Pastor Andy
