"Sankofa" is a powerful term from the Akan tribe in Ghana, meaning "go back and get it." This journey invites participants to revisit critical moments in our nation's racial history, especially the pivotal points of the Civil Rights Movement. Through this immersive experience, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of our past to inform and shape our present and future.
