Flourishing Together is a cross-racial, cross-church, and cross-community cohort designed to encourage and connect leaders while enhancing their capacities to disciple congregants toward oneness in Christ amid increasingly polarizing influences. Pastor Andy Gray, founder and Executive Director of Catalyst for Harmony, and Rev. Richard Coleman, Executive Director of Hope United CDC, are teaming together to lead the cohort.
Both are long-tenured pastors and have been engaged in unifying efforts in the Twin Cities for decades.

FLOURISHING TOGETHER
DISCIPLESHIP IN COMMUNITY
A Year-Long Journey of Formation
Flourishing Together is more than a program—it’s a shared journey of discipleship, discovery, and deep formation.
This cohort-based experience invites ministry leaders, bridge-builders, and culture-shapers into a sacred space for honest, honoring, and holistic growth. Rooted in the Gospel, Flourishing Together blends theological reflection, cultural agility, and courageous conversations into a transformative rhythm.
Over the course of a year, participants engage in workshops, immersive experiences, guided readings, and meaningful community dialogue. Together, we grow in spiritual maturity, cultural awareness, and the tools needed to promote racial harmony in our churches, organizations, and cities.
Jesus modeled what it was like to love others in the complexities of life by journeying with close friends and loving beyond socially constructed barriers, caring for people experiencing poverty, and eating and drinking with those considered of ill repute, as well as with community leaders.
Jesus’ ability to guide all toward flourishing by loving them with grace and truth was imitated by the early church, which loved across cultural and socio-economic differences, leading to communal thriving and growth. There’s an opportunity for churches to relearn those models and better imitate Jesus again.

I would give Andy Gray and his team Catalyst for Harmony the highest recommendation that we can offer! Andy is a leader and trailblazer when it comes to having the courage to stand for and with the community. Coaching, training, equipping, enabling, and most of all, empowering the how-to when it comes to strategies with social injustice.
