ACCELERATING DISCIPLESHIP

This transformative experience is designed to help ministry leaders lead from a place of spiritual wholeness. Through honest, honoring, and holistic formation, participants are equipped to cultivate flourishing communities grounded in racial harmony and Gospel-centered discipleship.

Our Cultural Agility Workshops equip leaders, teams, and churches to understand the invisible forces of culture that shape behavior, decision-making, and relationships. Participants gain insight into worldview dynamics and intercultural tools that enhance collaboration and promote unity in diverse spaces.

The Sankofa Journey is a 5-day immersive pilgrimage through the American South that explores our nation’s racial history. With each stop—museums, memorials, and sacred sites—participants reflect, lament, and imagine a new way forward. This experience is both sobering and inspiring, and it offers space for honest conversation, deep connection, and Gospel-anchored hope.

In a time marked by deep division and ideological tension, Catalyst for Harmony offers a space for honest, honoring, and holistic conversations rooted in the Gospel. Through workshops and gatherings, we equip churches and leaders to pursue reconciliation that is theologically grounded and practically lived out in their communities.

This multi-month cohort brings together a diverse group of ministry leaders to engage in spiritual formation, guided learning, and community collaboration. Together, we explore what it means to lead faithfully in a world that’s longing for justice, mercy, and humble leadership. Participants leave equipped to cultivate flourishing in their context.
